Responsibilities
• Coordinate with internal & external parties to promote and complete the large-scale e-commerce marketing projects like online air ticket sales
• Participate or lead the transformation program of online sales platform development, improve direct sales, ancillary revenue and customer experience, design and develop online products, such as: promotion code / baggage sales / seat selection / upgrade / in-flight meals
• Responsible for the operation of B2C system and platform development , enhance the functionality in mobility and other platform: from promotion, product development, order processing to any others needed
• Improve direct sales: design precision market mechanism and system, user profile, RFM mechanism
• Improve ancillary revenue: design new products, enhance the exist products, promotion etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in E-commerce, Computer Science, Information System Management, or related discipline;
• at leave 2 years' or above of relevant working experience;
• Experience in Travel or aviation industry, good knowledge of Airlines sales, ancillary related, digital marketing is an advantage;
• Ability to collaborate, influence and motivate cross-function teams and customers;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Innovative, excellent communication and interpersonal skill;
• Able to work under pressure and fast changing environment;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
