Responsibilities:
• Oversee the product life-cycle - from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements;
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and customer needs in the aviation and tourism industry to identify opportunities and initiates product ideas;
• Formulate and develop innovative new products to drive business growth and meet business targets;
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve the user experience continuously;
• Conduct analysis and based on performance data to provide recommendations on marketing strategies;
• Maintain relationships with external parties to facilitate smooth product development; and
• Prepare and present product development updates and reports to management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline;
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in product development or management. Candidates will less experience will be considered as Supervisor, Product Development;
• Experience in aviation or tourism would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills to monitor product performance and provide feedback for enhancement;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently;
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
• Ability to work under pressure and handle ad-hoc projects;
• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel, PowerPoint;
• Proficient in Tableau, SQL and other data analysis tool is a plus; and
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
