Job Descriptions:
• Assist in the timely planning and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns;
• Develop and implement various sales products that are current, relevant, innovative to the market and suitable for customers’ needs;
• Stay up-to-date on emerging market trends to inform new product development;
• Conduct visits and meetings to identify collaborative opportunities with external parties and manage joint promotion and marketing campaigns;
• Assist in coordinating commercial agreements with local business partners and retail travel agents to promote FIT bookings through joint promotions and marketing campaigns;
• Ensure the team maintains strong awareness of customer needs and market developments;
• Uphold a sense of urgency, timelines and productivity standards for all projects;
• Foster a culture of community, cooperation, teamwork and entrepreneurial mindsets within the leadership team;
• Maintain relationships with trade and associations to expand Hong Kong Airlines’ visibility in the market;
• Provide analytical reports on the latest performance metrics and market trends; and
• Assist with ad-hoc task as required.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree Aviation, Hotel Management, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related disciplines;
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience in tourism;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work as a team player;
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated with high sense of responsibility;
• Ability to complete multi-tasks under tight deadlines;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
• Proficiency in MS Office.
