Job description:
Your Role:
• Plan and implement marketing communication campaigns and activities to promote our products and services;
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, eDM, website content and advertising materials;
• Work with creative and media agencies to implement digital marketing campaigns including creative development, SEM strategies, programmatic and network buys;
• Drive traffic and acquire users through digital marketing strategies including SEM, Display Networks ads, Programmatic Ads, Paid Social, SEO, etc.
• To track, analyze and evaluate the ad and website performance and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns for different brands to provide insight for performance optimization;
• To prepare review reports and strategy proposals for presentations to Management levels;
• To research on industry and competitor practices and propose implementation plan to the business;
• To keep up with digital trends, best practices and emerging platforms to improve marketing efficiency.
To succeed in this role
• Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience in marketing communications, performance marketing, advertising agencies.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, ability to draw insights and determine strategies out of report data.
• Independent, detailed-oriented and highly organized with strong sense of responsibility,
• Solid experience in digital advertising operation like Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, etc.
• Experience in leading projects or a small team.
• Excellent analytic, presentation and communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
