Our client is a well-known retail brand and they are now in search of an Assistant Marketing Manager.
This person will be heavily focused on developing and executing an integrated marketing communication plan and be involved in the day-to-day planning and execution of overseeing the development of seasonal event campaigns, digital storytelling and content creation, posting and moderation on social platforms, influencer outreach, running paid media campaigns and global reporting.
Responsibilities
• Manage the process of localizing the global marketing strategy, create specific local campaigns and to ensure the market achieves the commercial and brand development objectives across all channels
• Identify marketing needs and present to HQ ;where necessary manage the creation of local marketing tools with distributor partners
• Review marketing budget allocations by market by channel; providing monthly, quarterly and annual reviews to leadership team
• Create, plan, and deliver local ad campaigns, lead creative brief process and drive the project management and delivery of campaigns with agency
• Manage the social marketing calendars and digital media plans to deliver on the social plans across all platforms
• Ensuring an omni-channel approach by managing the communication of plans in the market and business channels
• Involvement in key press, events and retail launches in each market
• Compile monthly reports using various social media monitoring tools
• To set up full year/ seasonal / monthly activity calendar, GTM plan for offline stores including Pop ups, Concept stores and Experience Center
Qualifications
• Degree holder with minimum 6 years experience of representing a global brand in marketing
• Experience in Event Agency is ideal
• Proven experience of creating editorial content or media channel are essential for this role
• Must be current on digital trends to ensure familiarity with new and upcoming platforms, innovative application developments, and the latest device releases
• Fluency in Chinese & English
