Job Description
• Monitor sales performance of managed outstations and agents;
• Analyze sales offices’ and agent’s performance to provide recommendations to optimize sales strategies;
• Evaluate effectiveness of VIC and other rewarding programmes for outstations;
• Coordinate with HX Sales Areas and Revenue Management team to obtain market updates and adjust channel sales strategies accordingly;
• Monitoring execution of sales plan and perform regular sales meeting with outstations;
• Visit Outstations to understand market dynamics and address related issues;
• Review and develop related policies for channel management;
• Monitor and carry out the clause of HX BSP agreement signed with agents;
• Manage outstation and agent conduct, ensure risk compliance of daily operation;
• Develop tools to enhance agents’ management;
• Track and analyze VIC payout rate monitoring and credit card cost; and
• Any ad-hoc tasks as per request.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistic or Tourism related discipline;
• 3-6 year experiences in sales and marketing, preferably in airlines related industry;
• Strong analytical skills and sensitivity to numbers;
• Self-motivated and outgoing;
• Good communication skills and presentation skills;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua; and
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Officer, Global Business Development.
