Our client is a leading international entertainment resort with Casino. They are now looking for Business Development Manager/ Director to join the team. The candidate should have a good network of VIP guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive casino revenues by executing sales initiatives and nurturing key relationships from the assigned regional office.
• Recruit and develop connections with potential guests and agents, organizing sales trips and events to enhance resort visitation.
• Leverage an established network to generate business and referrals, incentivizing guest visits.
• Collaborate with hotel sales and service teams to deliver exceptional 5-star service.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, sales, marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Casino Integrated Resort business development in Asia.
• Proven network of customers and agents.
• Understanding of Casino Management Systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated and proactive.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing 5-star service and resolving complaints effectively.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, any other Asian language would be an added advantage
• Experience in the Casino Integrated Resort industry is essential.
