As the Business Development Director for the IT Services, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth and expansion of the Company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing Managed Services service offerings, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve business targets for the banking and financial sectors. Your ability to understand market trends, identify customer needs, lead business development strategy and effectively communicate the value of the Company will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Drive growth in the Managed Services (MS) high maturity model business, focusing on increasing market share and year-over-year growth in gross profit percentage;
• Design EMS solutions, promote and drive competitive MS offerings by integrating converged DevSecOps services;
• Execute strategies to acquire new MS accounts, identifying and evaluating business opportunities and alliances, and develop the new MS accounts for VVIPs or key customers;
• Cultivate and maintain C-level relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to customers.
• Develop market awareness and establish a leading position in the industry-focused MS service landscape in mid to long terms, while expanding regional coverage for strategic growth at company level; and
• Actively participate in marketing activities to enhance our market presence.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, or a related role, preferably in the technology industry with deep knowledge about managed services;
• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, meeting deadlines, and driving business growth;
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and pursue strategic partnerships, business development opportunities, and collaboration prospects;
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with industry leaders, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and business trends; and
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
