Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up on inbound leads to meet assigned sales targets.
• Explore new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events to drive growth.
• Arrange client meetings to understand customer needs and present BSI's Training and Certification services.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers by identifying their needs.
Candidate Specifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales and business development.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin.
• Self-discipline, good planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic and result-driven with a strong sales attitude.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards is advantageous.
