Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of e-commerce & digital professionals
• Manage the profit and loss (P&L) of our variety of online stores in the marketplaces
• Shape and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth of online brand shop and ecommerce marketplace partners (Tmall, HKTVMALL, Zalora, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Analyze daily sales data to identify areas for improvement in both business growth and customer experience
• Formulate CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
• Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and expand our product offerings on the marketplaces.
• Monitor marketplace trends, competitive landscape, and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement and new business development.
• Analyze data and metrics to track performance, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business and operations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, external E-commerce and digital agency to develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce and digital strategy to support the company's goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in e-commerce with 3 years of experience in a managerial role is required
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Experience in the Fashion Retail industry is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
