Ecommerce Manager – Fashion retail brand
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead the online sales strategy and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-commerce operations, digital marketing, and a passion for fashion. This role is vital in driving revenue growth and improving customer experience on our ecommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility online.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Oversee the daily operations of the ecommerce site, ensuring optimal user experience, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with web developers and designers to maintain the site and implement new features.
• Work with digital marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Manage product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels, ensuring an accurate and appealing online catalog.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize product assortment and seasonal launches.
• Enhance customer journey from landing on the site to checkout, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, sales data, and customer behavior.
• Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on ecommerce performance, insights, and future strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and ecommerce platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Creative problem solver with a passion for fashion and trends.
• Fluent in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
