Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Support in analyzing website performance, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales.
• Assist in managing relationships with third-party e-commerce platforms and service providers.
• Contribute to the development of strategies to optimize the user experience, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years experience in e-commerce, preferably in the sports or retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and web analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
