General Manager, Hong Kong & Macau

My client a leading consumer electronics company specializing in mobile phone accessories, home appliances, and a wide range of electronic products. Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our operations and drive the success of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, e-commerce strategies, and a passion for consumer electronics. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to manage our team and optimize operational efficiency. Report to the COO, this person needs to be:
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals, increase market share, and enhance profitability.
• Operations Management - Manage Brand Shop operation, e-Business, key Accounts, Channel Sales & Marketing to ensure sales achievement in Hong Kong and Macau
• Team Development - Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve the performance of departmental operations and leading the new business development including planning, reporting and implementation of new product introduction.
• Sales and Marketing - Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute esaffective sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the FMCG, technology or consumer electronics industry.
• Proven track record in leading high-performing sales, marketing and retail operation teams.
• Proven abilities in strategic account management, business development and partner relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
