Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth and optimize trade spending to meet sales targets.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and support.
• Design and manage promotional programs, ensuring effective budget allocation and ROI.
• Analyze sales performance and margins, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Role Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience (FMCG experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and sales-driven, with a strong understanding of the FMCG industry.
• Proficient in English, Microsoft Office, and Chinese Word Processing, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Key Account Executive role.
