Purpose of the Job
The incumbent is responsible for e-commerce sales plan formulation and implementation. The incumbent will lead a team to oversee the day-to-day operations of online sales platform of Q-Pets and partner with different internal teams to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the e-commerce sales roadmap for online platform of Q-Pets, including q-pets.com & buyeasy.com.hk
• Lead and manage the t eam to continuously improve E-Commerce operation efficiency in product assortment, promotion, order processing, etc.
• Plan digital marketing campaigns and funnel online initiatives, e.g. SEO/ SEM, paid social and display ads to enhance and sales performance
• Oversee the measurements and KPIs of the online platform and propose recommendation for performance enhancement
• Work with different internal teams, including but not limited to Marketing team, Merchandising team and Group Information Technology, Jebsen Logistics, to drive sales and provide a desirable customer experience
• Negotiate with vendors for promotion and event support to maximise profitability
Requirements
• Degree holder in Business / Marketing / E-Commerce or related disciplines
• 10- year experience in digital marketing & E -Commerce with track record of success in driving sales
• Sales driven, independent, s trong business acumen and data driven
• Knowledge in Shopify and Google Analytics is a must
• Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferred
