Company Profile:

Responsibilities:
• Content Creation and Curation:
• Conceptualize and create engaging multimedia content, including short-form videos, graphics, and written posts, for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Curate and repurpose existing content to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Produce storyboards, visual elements, and edit videos to enhance the overall visual appeal and impact.
• Social Media Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies for assigned brands, tailoring approaches to different platforms and target audiences.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of social media campaigns, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of posts.
• Ensure all social media-related contract requirements and KPIs are fulfilled.
• Campaign Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
• Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, optimize content, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Market Research and Trend Monitoring:
• Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior.
• Translate market insights into strategic recommendations to enhance the brand's social media presence and engagement.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, creative, advertising) to ensure seamless integration of social media initiatives.
• Provide support and guidance on social media best practices to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in additional assignments as needed to support the overall digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital campaign management
• Proficient in using various content creation, graphic design, and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and provide insights
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Passion for social media, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and a desire to continuously learn and improve
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
