Our client, a leading apparel manufacturer based in Vietnam, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer accounts, and serving as the main liaison between our company and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with customers
- Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Travel frequently to our factory in Hanoi to inspect operations and address any customer concerns
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and identify new prospects
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the apparel or textile industry
- Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel frequently to our factory in Hanoi
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite
