Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies based on analysis of costs, market conditions, and consumer behavior.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Provide actionable insights to support the development of sales strategies and drive business results.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of products and brands, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate findings and strategies to senior management and other stakeholders effectively.
Role Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, preferably in the retail/ MCG industry.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
