Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify value opportunities and trends, informing strategic decisions that drive business growth.
• Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies based on analysis of costs, market conditions, and consumer behavior, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and value management.
• Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
• Sales Strategy Development: Support the development of sales strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations that drive business results.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the financial performance of products and brands, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate findings and strategies to senior management and other stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Role Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, preferably in the retail industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data management software (e.g., SQL, Excel). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Language: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
