The Job
- Provide support on production print solution implementation and on-going support
- Deploy Color Production Printing solution and provide on-going system maintenance on deployed system to customers
- Configure system, provide training to operation, provide technical support and trouble-shooting support, and backup plan to ensure production system is with high availability
- Liaise with regional teams and external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met
- Prepare and update technical documentation such as administration and user guides
- Perform technology research for continuous improvement
The Person
- Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
- 5 years or more experience in technical support & with customer facing support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Server or Macintosh OS support
- Know-how in ‘Prepress’ , ‘Digital Printing’ and ‘Desktop Publishing’ will be an advantage
- Sense of Urgency and accuracy of work
- A team player but can work independently in addressing critical production incident
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior System Specialist
