This role is responsible for managing digital marketing initiatives, curate digital content, drive multi-channel engagement, implement ongoing optimization across digital touchpoints to deliver business results.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media & email marketing to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Develop and manage multi-channel engagement campaigns aligned with the brand's voice and target audience across various digital touchpoints, including website content, blog posts, social media & email marketing
Manage CRM & Marketing Automation Platform, e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud for targeted engagement throughout the customer journey
Drive ongoing optimizations and A/B test strategies to improve our Digital touchpoints, communications and messaging e.g. in app banners, push notifications, eDMs etc.
Utilize analytics tools and data-driven insights for campaign performance review. Provide regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
University graduate, preferably in business or marketing discipline
5-7 years or above relevant experience in financial sector, preferably in life insurance
Solid experience in digital marketing, brand management, social media & email marketing
Excellent interpersonal & analytics skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker
Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
