We’re seeking as Assistant Manager, Social Media to support to expand our digital footprint and enhance our social media communications. He/She will assist in implementing content strategies to increase brand awareness and affinity across various platforms, including the emerging China-based social platform, such as XiaoHongShu. Job Responsibilities Social Media Strategy Support: Assist in the execution of social media strategies aligned with the marketing goals and objectives. Contribute ideas and insights to the strategic planning process, staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates. Help in the creation of social media content calendars and ensure timely content publishing across all platforms, including the emerging XHS platform. Content Creation and Management: Work closely with relevant internal and external parties to develop engaging and visually appealing posts for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and other media formats. Manage the daily posting and scheduling of content, ensuring a consistent brand voice and adherence to the content strategy. Social Media Advertising Support: Assist in the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. Help with the creation and optimization of ad creatives and targeting strategies. Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to the Senior Social Media Manager. Community Management: Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Social Media Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and relevant conversations. Utilize analytics tools to gather and analyze data on social media performance, including reach, engagement, and conversions. Prepare reports with key insights and actionable recommendations Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Corporate Communications, Channels and Products, to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and agencies as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by Management Job Requirements: Experience: 2 - 3years of experience in digital marketing or social media management. Working experience in a marketing agency is also an advantage Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and influencers. Adaptability and Agility: Capacity to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic social media landscape. Flexibility to adapt strategies and tactics based on changing trends and platform algorithms. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates Brand Management: Understanding of brand voice, guidelines, and reputation management in the social media sphere. Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Social Media Platforms: Proficiency in major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, XiaoHongShu, YouTube) and their respective advertising tools. Familiarity with emerging platforms and trends is a plus. Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse social media metrics, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is beneficial.
