Job Title: Account Manager - Social Media
We Are Social is a social marketing creative agency that provides professional marketing strategies and creative solutions for global brands. Our team focuses on "people" rather than just "platforms" and believes that only social insights can drive business value.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media communication projects for our clients, working closely with different teams, and demonstrating a strong enthusiasm for We Are Social and our values.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies for clients;
• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and execute project ideas;
• Lead operations teams to complete cost estimations and operational proposals;
• Manage contract processes and payment issues with the finance team;
• Ensure efficient completion of daily tasks and projects;
• Conduct social listening for clients and competitors;
• Draft and consolidate proposals for project pitches and BAU materials;
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in social media and/or performance marketing;
• Open personality and proactive working attitude towards challenges and problems;
