Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to support solution design from a commercial & technical perspective.
Address technical inquiries and provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring their understanding of service provision.
Support the preparation of presentations, demonstrations, and technical documentation to promote AI-related services.
Conduct service support and training for relevant users, guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, including infrastructure, network, information security, data centre operation, etc., to ensure smooth service delivery.
Collect customer feedback on solutions and recommend enhancements based on their needs.
Provide expert advisory services to customers on optimal network and infrastructure design tailored to their requirements.
Research, explore, and test new market solutions to enhance the existing service offerings, and build a comprehensive knowledge base for internal and customer reference.
Responsible for the technical assessment of AI Subsidy Scheme applications.
Provide support for ad hoc tasks as required.
6+ years proven experience as an AI application specialist, AI infrastructure, pre-sales engineer or similar role.
Bachelor's degree or above in computer engineering, information and communication technology, AI and data science, software engineering or related fields.
Proficiency in application architecture, frameworks and standards, with a strong understanding of AI development lifecycle management, technologies and best practices.
Hands-on experience in client-facing technical support, especially on infrastructure design, connectivity and cybersecurity.
Knowledge and understanding of the GPU infrastructure and architecture will be an advantage.
Experience in implementing AI solutions and machine learning models to innovate business operation and services for improving efficiency and delivery.
Understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, R and CUDA for building and implementing AI systems.
Experience in using deep learning framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffee.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, can work independently with customer focus.
Excellent writing and technical documentation skills to produce clear requirements documents, technical papers, reports and deliverables.
Good presentation skills, ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
