Product Support Engineer
Location: Hong Kong
Team: Solution Operations
Are you passionate about legal tech and keen to work at the intersection of technology and law? We are seeking a proactive Product Support Engineer to join our Solution Operations team. Our platform, trusted by leading legal teams worldwide, connects people, case information, and data throughout the lifecycle of a dispute.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Client-Facing Support: Manage electronic documentation for Litigations, Arbitrations, Inquests, and Inquiries. Provide advice and troubleshoot technical queries directly with solicitors and barristers.
• Platform Expertise: Develop advanced knowledge of our platform, including handling Excel/CSV files, data imports/exports, and document reformatting.
• Collaboration for Seamless Hearings: Work closely with Client Services before and during hearings to ensure smooth proceedings.
• Task Management: Record task information accurately for billing and quality assurance.
What We’re Looking for in You:
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a keen interest in technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience in a client-facing support role, ideally in legal tech.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese, Mandarin, and written Chinese are a plus.
