Job Description:
We are seeking one or more Tech Support Specialists to provide technical assistance and support to our customers including a leading global financial institution. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Location: Science Park Innocenter, Kowloon Tong (pending approval); Applicants for positions in Futian, Shenzhen are also welcome to submit CVs
Job Type: Full-Time (open to Part-Timers for Final Year Undergrads or Postgraduate Students with Relevant Industry Experience)
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer technical support cases through CRM and issue management systems.
• Onboard and train new users.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and access issues.
• Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
• Relevant technical degree and experience in technical support or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with common operating systems and browser-based applications.
