Support implementation of Digital Transformation Support Pilot Programme (DTSPP) to expedite the pace of digital transformation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by providing funding support to SMEs in adopting digital solutions.
Conduct application assessment, eligibility and due diligence checking for programme applications, and consolidate relevant documents
Provide support to funding applications, initial assessment of the funding applications assigned, and prepare the relevant reports and summary lists required;
Handle administrative work and enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports
Conduct on-site checking for applicants and funded projects
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or above
1 year working experience preferred but not mandatory
Mature, self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently and meet tough deadlines
Well-organized and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in PC skill, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and English/Chinese word processing
The position is on a 1-year temporary contract, renewal depends on performance and operation needs
