Our global Operations team make it possible for us to offer worldwide shipping to more than 180 countries, including same-day delivery to New York, London and Milan, while providing a seamless shopping experience across mobile, tablet and desktop, with easy returns.
We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
• Oversee day-to-day facilities management-related operations, including but not limited to repairs and maintenance, cleaning and security services, procurement and leasing
• Manage general administrative duties and office support, including procurement and maintenance of office equipment/ facilities, office renovation, replenishment of office supplies, licenses application, etc.
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors to ensure services are delivered according to established agreements and standards
• Carry out the selection and negotiation for contractors in a professional manner
• Communicate with the Building Management Office to convey information accurately to the Company
• Liaise with Managers and contribute to the cross-functional projects, such as relocation, refurbishment projects, procurement, and planned maintenance
• Work with the Global Team to develop annual budgets, forecasting and maintaining expenditure within agreed parameters
• Provide support for company activities, process invoices, purchase orders, etc.
• Other duties may be assigned
The type of person we are looking for:
• Higher Diploma and above in Facility Management, Property Management, Hospitality or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of related experience in Facilities Management or Property Management
• Detailed-minded, independent, adept to project management with good organizational skills
• Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
