Facilities Manager/ Operations Manager

CITY Security Company Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the City Services Group, a public listed company of Hong Kong and has been established in Hong Kong since January 1997.

CITY provides various types of comprehensive and professional security services and system design / installation packages for our clients. We dedicate the greatest effort to maintain our service quality and have established ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Responsibilities
• Handle daily facilities management and security operations in the service-covered premises
• Manage a team of security personnel / frontline staff to ensure that the performance meets the compliance standards
• Perform regular inspections to enhance the safety and operational efficiency of the premises covered by the service
• COMMUNICATE closely and attend routine meetings with the client's representatives
• Check, monitor, and maintain proper sites records. Consolidate and submit reports to the client
• Deal with security issues and emergencies as they arise

Requirements
• Diploma in facilities management or a related discipline
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience
• Possession of a private car driving license is a plus
• Preferred to have an advanced first-aid certificate and experience in AED knowledge
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
