Chief Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of cleaning services contracts
• Act as a business partner to develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Work closely with internal departments to drive the company in achieving business goals
• Motivate and lead the operations team for development and management of operational workflows for maximizing the operation efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 6 years' supervisory experience in servicing industry preferably in property, hospitality or healthcare management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, customer oriented, proactive and independent
• Good team player with strong sense of commitment
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Chief Operations Manager
