We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Entry-level BD to join our team. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the Web3 industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building and nurturing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including blockchain projects, developers, and enterprises.
Represent BlockPI at global industry events, conferences, and meetups (with a willingness to travel internationally).
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential growth areas.
Drive the adoption of BlockPI’s services by effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients.
Requirements:
Excellent English Communication Skills: Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is essential, as you will be engaging with a global audience.
Proactive and Outgoing Personality: We value individuals who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Understanding of Web3: A foundational knowledge of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem is required. Familiarity with concepts such as RPC, validators, and account abstraction is a plus.
Willingness to Travel: This role may require international travel to attend industry events and meet with clients.
Strong Learning Ability: The Web3 industry evolves rapidly, and we need someone who can quickly adapt and stay ahead of the curve.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the blockchain or tech industry.
A technical background or understanding of blockchain infrastructure services.
Proven track record of achieving business growth targets.
Bachelor degree or above is required.
