We are seeking a Growth Hacker who is data-driven to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies that enhance user growth, engagement, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in marketing analytics, a love for conducting experiments, and superb communication skills. In this role, you will be tasked with examining user behaviors, pinpointing growth prospects, and collaborating with diverse teams to initiate and refine marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Devise and execute marketing strategies grounded in data to boost user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in China market.
Analyze user trends, recognize growth possibilities, and develop tailored marketing initiatives to target them.
Work closely with various teams such as Blockchain Product, Design, and Engineering to roll out and fine-tune marketing efforts.
Plan and undertake testing and experiments to gauge campaign efficacy and guide future marketing plans.
Establish and update dashboards to monitor crucial marketing metrics like user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Conduct market exploration and competitive analysis to keep abreast of industry trends and top practices.
Manage and enhance marketing budgets for optimal return on investment.
Communicate marketing strategies and outcomes to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and sales teams.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of growth marketing experience and at least 2 years working in Blockchain industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in China marketing analytics encompassing data analysis and interpretation.
• Sound comprehension of the web3 industry.
• Exceptional communication and project management capabilities.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with data visualization tools
