As part of our company expansion, we are seeking an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist (Senior) to join our team. This role requires a strategic mindset and broad digital marketing expertise, with a strong knowledge in SEO. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, and driving results across various channels. With a strong foundation in SEO and a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tactics, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering innovative campaigns that meet and exceed our clients’ objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels for assigned clients
• Manage and optimize performance across all digital channels, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing
• Provide English and Chinese editing and written support, articles, blog posts, ad copy and social posts for client projects or the company's own marketing purposes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for strategy and performance discussions
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present results to clients and agency leadership
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovate tactics into client strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client service
• Contribute to new business pitches and help grow the agency's client base
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and methodologies within your assigned accounts
• Share knowledge with colleagues and on the internal social network
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or related field
• 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an Agency setting (more experience can be considered for Assistant Manager or Manager)
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns for diverse clients
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy
• Experience with various analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Fluency in English and Chinese

• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and how they integrate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Excellent client relationship management skills

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
