Job Responsibilities:
• Formulate and develop the digital marketing plan & strategies that align with the business' goals and core values.
• Critically evaluate existing strategies and planning to identify and recommend opportunities and improvements of digital marketing implementation.
• Oversee the creative production process with content marketing / in-house marketing team, including managing resources, budgets as well as the effectiveness etc.;
• Ensure the performance of digital marketing tools, overall brand strategies and enhance the customer’s engagement.
• Work closely with the management team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas and feedback, present results, and assist in projects.
• Perform projects assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
• Degree holder or above with major in Digital Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.
• 8+ years solid experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in supervisory role.
• Experience in Digital Creative Agency is a plus.
• Profound knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, IG / Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat etc.
• Familiar with current trends and innovations in technology of digital marketing tools and best practices.
• Creative and strong analytical mind, self-motivated with strong business acumen.
• Strong project management and strategic planning skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Good command of both Written and Spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin.
