Job Responsibilities:
• Managing, optimizing, and growing multiple social media channels, through best-in-class content creation, community management, and paid ads to deliver on marketing KPIs;
• Strong understanding of growth marketing principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth;
• Using social listening, social analytics and website analytics tools to deliver on established success indicators and provide relevant recommendations to improve performance;
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and platform updates;
• Coordinate with the teaching staff to develop, launch, and run regular promotional campaigns;
• Work with the administrative staff to develop conversational marketing strategies that encourage meaningful and timely interactions with potential clients;
• Develop search engine optimization/marketing (SEO/SEM) strategies to boost the company’s online presence.
Requirements:
• Possess an undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing or a related field from a university with an English medium curriculum;
• Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing or public relations role, with exposure to digital marketing and social media content is both beneficial and preferred;
• High level of proficiency in design software and applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign & After Effects) and any graphic and interactive design tool;
• Be comfortable in a flexible role with high degrees of personal independence;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and project management skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English & fluency in Cantonese;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
5 days work/ week (Tue-Sat). Salary offered will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
