Assist and support Director ACMI Sales and Business Development in day-to-day commercial, service and accounting matters for ACMI and CMI customers in Asia Pacific. Coordinate with other departments as needed to accomplish the above.
Responsibilities
• Support the Director ACMI Sales and Business Development APAC in the management of A/CMI and designated accounts and develop strong internal and external relationships.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to respond to all regional A/CMI and designated account operational and commercial requests and inquiries.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Services, Operations, Finance, Legal and all other relevant teams and parties to ensure collaboration for smooth operations, filings and new agreements or initiatives related to A/CMI programs.
• Assist the Accounting Department with all designated accounts receivable issues.
• Support operations groups to ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Manage teams and Salesforce updates for APAC accounts.
• Coordinate the generation of data/reports as required by customers to support operational & analytical needs.
• Support APAC regulatory & slot oversight as assigned.
• Maintain sales manuals, guides and policies.
• Adhere to all key company policies including Antitrust, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Credit, Billing and Collection policies.
• Prepare client briefings for Regional VP & Director as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of airline or air logistics experience in sales, customer service and/or account management in the Asia Pacific region, knowledge and experience in all phases of cargo operations including ACMI, scheduled and charter operations (commercial and military) would be an advantage
• Experience in widebody freighter operations and network planning preferred
• Market knowledge and an established industry network
• Demonstrated ability to follow through and work with people, both as a direct report and through collaboration
• Customer focused mindset and attitude
• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate with people, strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Strong project management, data analysis and communication skills
• Ability to independently organize and execute multiple tasks under time constraints and tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with a broad view of business objectives
• Strong sense of responsibility, time flexibility and full commitment to assigned work
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
• Ability to travel as needed
