Our client is a fast-growing global logistics service company. Continuing to expand their business footprint in Asia, they are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Manager to join their business management team.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Manage relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize revenue.
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Lead and mentor the commercial team to achieve performance targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a commercial management role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
