Company Description
A unique, high-end new food hall concept will soon arrive in the Greater Bay Area in Q1 next year. 10,000sq ft features 20 different Asian F&B concepts. As the newest dining destination, bringing the most exciting cuisines together under one roof. They are now inviting experienced candidates to join as Operations Manager..
Responsibilities
• Pre-Opening Management*
• Oversee all aspects of the food hall's pre-opening activities, ensuring timelines are met and standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with project team, and contractors to create an inviting and functional space.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning*
• Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring financial targets are established and met.
• Conduct cost analysis and implement strategies to optimize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Food & Beverage Marketing*
• Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the food hall. Develop promotional campaigns and engage with the local community to build brand awareness.
• Vendor Management*
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with food and beverage vendors, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Establish and maintain supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• P&L Management*
• Monitor and analyze the food hall’s financial performance, preparing regular reports on P&L statements and key performance indicators.
• Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain profitability.
• Operational Oversight*
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, high volume food court/food hall operation experience is mandatory.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Proven track record in budgeting, financial management, and P&L oversight.
• Strong marketing acumen with experience in food and beverage marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• This position require frequent travel / based in Zhuhai or Macau.
