Our client is a premium fashion brand is now looking for Assistant Retail Operation Manager in reporting to VP to develop operational policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate effectively with office and retail stores regarding daily retail operations
• Ensure all the store operation process are aligned with the Company SOP
• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores and provide administrative support
• Consolidate on sales, operations and store activities (e.g sales, CRM performance and stock) and data analysis for senior management review
• Coordinate regular sales/management meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
• Collaborate with different department on retail store projects, such as new store openings, closings, renovations, and Company events.
• Visit retail stores regularly to ensure all the operation are smooth
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, CRM report and inventory levels
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 years of working experience; retail operation experience with regional experience is highly preferable
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
• High proficiency in PC operations, including MS Office.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, English, and Mandarin
• Travel to Macau may be required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Retail Operations Executive
