Fashion Retail Operations Manager

At Prada, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our fashion retail team as a Retail Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of fashion industry knowledge and operational experience, enabling them to drive and manage the operational aspects of our fashion retail stores.The successful candidate will have an unwavering passion for fashion and a comprehensive understanding of retail operational best practices. They will be a solutions-oriented leader, able to anticipate and solve problems with a sense of urgency. They will be an enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of retail operations experience, preferably within the fashion industry. They will have a track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a retail environment, as well as a proven ability to coach, train, and lead a team. They will also have a strong understanding of retail systems and processes, with the ability to analyze store performance data and make recommendations for improvement.
