Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager specializing in Footwear Upper Knit to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the footwear industry, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Footwear Upper Knit products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with product launches and promotions.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the footwear industry, with a focus on knit materials preferred.
• Strong understanding of the footwear manufacturing process and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
