Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key influencers in the healthcare, beauty, and dental sectors to amplify our brand message.
• Create and manage partnerships with influencers, negotiating terms and ensuring collaboration delivers maximum value.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences and showcases our products effectively.
• Monitor influencer campaigns, analyzing their performance and providing actionable insights to optimize future collaborations.
• Conduct thorough research to identify new trends and opportunities within the influencer marketing space.
• Stay updated on industry guidelines and best practices to ensure compliance in all collaborations.
• Write and deliver reports summarizing the impact of influencer campaigns on brand awareness and sales, presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless execution of influencer campaigns and alignment across all marketing efforts.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or related communications roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing influencer partnerships and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the capability to build strong relationships with influencers.
• Experience in crafting compelling content that drives engagement.
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies based on performance.
• Creativity and a passion for social media and content creation.
• Familiarity with the healthcare, beauty, or dental industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficient in writing reports and presentations.
