Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Project Manager to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives.
• Lead the development team of web applications, ensuring high-quality code and user experiences across the front-end and back-end.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust RESTful APIs that meet the needs of the application and its users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and timelines while translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Manage database design and implementation, demonstrating proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in security, documentation, and application architecture.
• Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline development workflows.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to foster innovation and improvement within the development team.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.

We are looking for someone with:
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby, and familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies, including Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with database management systems, both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or dental technology fields is a plus.
