Responsibilities:
Prepare advertising plans for search, display, video and social media
Review and analyses performance, audience behavior to achieve target, optimize advertising campaigns
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing campaigns
Implement & optimize online advertisements through Facebook/ SEM/ Youtube/ GDN/ SEO to drive leads
Drive campaign performance and improvement to achieve activation and reactivation goals
Manage and keep reports and analyses up to date to monitor main KPIs (CAC, CVR, CTR, etc.) on a daily basis
Design implement and analyze A/B split tests across paid social platforms
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Google AdWords/ Youtube/ GDN/ Social Media/ Programmatic
Preferably with experience in medical beauty or marketing agency
Being independent, creative and self-motivated
