Develop and implement food safety & quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting customer requirements through risk assessment, product specification, and temperature control.
• Manage ISO & HACCP systems, minimize health hazards, and ensure compliance for existing & new products.
• Lead production process monitoring, ensuring food safety & quality, temperature & time control.
• Arrange testing for consistency & compliance, and execute inspections of raw materials.
• Resolve food safety concerns, implement corrective actions, and validate effectiveness.
• Investigate customer complaints related to food safety & quality.
• Conduct surveillance checks on temperature control for transportation, ensuring correct temperature (cold chain) from factory to customer.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in food sciences or related disciplines, with at least 10 years of experience in supplier management, auditing, and quality management in the food industry.
• Practical knowledge and experience in ISO22000 and HACCP certification systems.
• Familiarity with food regulations in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
