Job Description: Ensure quality assurance processes and procedures, conduct audits and inspections, identify areas for improvement, investigate incidents, provide guidance and support, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate external audits.
Responsibilities:
• Implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Provide guidance and support to operational teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address quality-related issues.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics.
• Coordinate external audits.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 7 years experience in airline or cargo industry with quality assurance focus.
• ISO or QA related certificates preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
• HK driving license.
