We are an international operating trading company in non-food consumer goods. Established in 1937 in Amsterdam, we now have offices and showrooms in more than 24 countries in Europe, the Middle East, North and South America. As one of the biggest general importers in Europe, we have become a highly trusted and reliable partner, supplying products to a wide range of retailers such as supermarkets, DIY stores, garden centers and department stores.

Additionally, you will coordinate our external testing programs with third-party labs, acting as the primary contact for these programs. You will collaborate closely with the QC team in our Amsterdam head office, as well as with internal departments such as buying and design, but also suppliers, and testing agencies.
You will be part of a small, stable team working from our Sai Ying Pun office, within a truly international organization. Each day, you will engage with colleagues, suppliers, and third parties from around the world to ensure our goods are delivered to customers as agreed.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor European consumer product regulations and provide guidance to the organization.
• Coordinate third-party testing programs.
• Perform other ad-hoc quality control related work
Requirements

• Experience: Experience in regulatory research and managing testing programs;
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of European consumer product regulations;
• Skills: Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities;
• Degree: Preferred degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field;
• Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and in teams;
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and online portals;
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally;
• Language Skills: Good written and spoken English (required); Mandarin and Dutch skills are helpful but not required.
