HSBC Private Bank is seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our team and the development of effective working procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare trust administration documents, such as resolutions, agreements, and KYC letters, and arrange trustee approval.
• Support compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including statutory and tax filings.
• Contribute to the development of effective working procedures and assist the manager in providing trust and company documentation solutions.
• Provide company secretarial support to trust underlying companies.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and the implementation of new policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or Law is preferable.
• Experience in trust administration, company secretarial, or corporate governance is an advantage.
• Member of HKCGI/STEP is preferable.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently.
