• Provide daily users support related to HRMS and related applications
• Provide first level customer service to corporate clients via telephone and emails;
• Provide technical support , trouble-shooting and administration of software system;
• Manage issue logs with maintenance report;
• Conduct software testing for system/ program update;
• Maintain targeted service level and response time;
Conduct admin/user training of Systems, etc.
• Requirements
• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience SQL or HRMS is an advantage
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• More than 2 years of working experience on system support will be considered as System Support Specialist
