- Utilize your expertise in ERP System (Odoo) to resolve user inquiries and support tickets.
- Engage with users via email, Skype, and Helpdesk to provide top-notch assistance.
- Gather valuable feedback from users and relay it to the project team for continuous improvement.
- Test and demonstrate ERP's functionalities to ensure smooth operations.
- Create comprehensive documentation for support and user training.
- Take charge of setting up products, customers, and other essential elements.
Must-Haves:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional fluency in both Chinese and English.
- Empathy, patience, and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Focused demeanor with an emphasis on efficiency rather than blame.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with an ERP system.
- Familiarity with Odoo and its functionalities.
